Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in the Plastics Manufacturing industry located in Greenville, South Carolina. The role primarily involves a variety of administrative tasks and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be expected to handle customer service, data entry, manage timelines, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service while handling client inquiries and issues. Assisting in the management of project timelines to ensure timely completion. Carry out efficient and accurate data entry tasks. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to perform various administrative duties. Organize files and documents to maintain a systematic filing system. Manage shipping functions to ensure timely delivery of products. Perform administrative assistance duties as required. Leverage prior administrative experience to improve processes and procedures. Scan documents and files for digital record keeping. Coordinate and manage administrative duties to support the overall project. Requirements Candidate must possess strong customer service skills. Proficiency in data entry is required. Ability to manage timelines effectively is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is necessary. Candidate should be comfortable with organizing files and documents. Experience with scanning and shipping functions is advantageous. Prior administrative assistance experience is a must. Candidate must have a solid background in administrative roles within the plastics manufacturing industry.
