Job Summary Are you a marketing aficionado with a passion for crafting compelling communications, executing impactful campaigns, and fostering exceptional customer engagements? Valley Cooperative Association is seeking a dynamic CRM Marketing Specialist to champion our company through strategic communications, innovative campaigns, and memorable events. As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our company's interactions with current and future customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure our company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system is effectively implemented and maintained to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. As the CRM Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Valley as an industry expert while enhancing the overall customer experience through tailored initiatives. Responsibilities

Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer service experience, generate leads and drive operational efficiency.

Manage and maintain our CRM platform (S2K) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Create and deliver reports and analytics to measure CRM performance and effectiveness.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless CRM integration across the organization.

Train employees on CRM system usage and best practices.

Conduct regular audits of CRM data to identify and resolve inconsistencies.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM.

Develop and implement formal marketing campaigns aligned with Valley’s Brand Strategy, including training invitations, promotional flyers, seasonal preorder guides, new product introductions, and product images/specifications.

Plan, create, coordinate, and execute Valley events in collaboration with Valley’s Marketing Manager, including the Golf Outing, Annual Food Show, Shareholders Event, and Annual Report.

Ensure accuracy of web information and refine product catalog to enhance customer experience.

Craft articles, press releases, and content to establish Valley as aleader in the industry across all Valley business units.

Lead the creation, management, and execution of Valley’s internal and external monthly communications in adherence to Valley’s brand playbook.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and practices (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, S2K).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certification in CRM or related field is a plus.
