Description We are in the process of expanding our team in Greenville, South Carolina, and are in need of a Controller. This role is critical in the industry, as it involves overseeing project financial analysis and management assistance. The position offers a short term contract employment opportunity and involves handling accounts receivable, P & L analysis support, and efficient coordination of project activities.Responsibilities: Oversee project controlling, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints. Act as the primary interface between the Operational Team Manager and various internal departments. Coordinate project activities efficiently to support project success. Handle accounts receivable (A/R) and provide P & L analysis support. Ensure meticulous documentation of all project-related data. Utilize accounting software systems to process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records using tools such as CRM and Crystal Reports. Conduct auditing as part of the accounting functions to ensure financial accuracy. Oversee the budget processes to ensure financial efficiency. Leverage tools such as 3M and ADP - Financial Services to enhance financial operations. Requirements Proficiency in 3M systems, showcasing an ability to effectively manage and organize data. Skilled in using various Accounting Software Systems, demonstrating a high level of numerical and analytical competence. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services, indicating an understanding of payroll and human resources processes. Experience with CRM systems, highlighting strong customer relationship management capabilities. Knowledge of Crystal Reports, illustrating an ability to generate and interpret complex data reports. Proficiency in various Accounting Functions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial management principles. Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP), showing strong financial control and attention to detail. Ability in handling Accounts Receivable (AR), indicating strong credit control and cash management skills. Background in Auditing, demonstrating an ability to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of financial integrity. Familiarity with Budget Processes, showcasing an ability to plan, forecast, and manage resources effectively.
