Business Process Analyst

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Process Analyst; EST time zone is preferred. You will be part of a dynamic team, focusing on analyzing and enhancing business processes and systems. As a Business Process Analyst, your role will be integral in developing process improvements, documenting business and system requirements, and facilitating system testing, deployment, training and support. Responsibilities: Carry out a comprehensive analysis of business and systems processes to identify potential areas of improvement. Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, IT, Finance, and HR to collect necessary business requirements for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations. Ensure the systems provided are in alignment with long-term business strategies. Clearly document business and system requirements and work closely with internal and external developers for design and implementation. Prioritize enhancement requests based on their impact on the overall user base. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, engaging key stakeholders and obtaining their sign-off before any changes are released. Develop and execute test plans according to requirements and provide guidance during the QA process. Provide support during the implementation, deployment, and training of business solutions and systems. Identify strategies to increase system adoption and customer satisfaction. Manage customer relationships and expectations, and oversee Change Management to ensure a positive user experience with new processes and tools.
