Resident Motel manager to live on-site and manage small motel, perfect for couple. Basic routine maintenance skills and basic office and computer skills required, training will be provided. Must be friendly and good with guests and able to handle issues on the fly.
Perfect for couple, apartment on-site will be provided rent free along with all utilities. Compensation will also involve a small base salary plus commission that usually falls into the $40k-$45k range, but this can increase as you increase business.
