Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Independent Contractor Customer Service Representatives and Sales Representatives to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and set your own schedule while providing excellent customer support to our valued clients.

What will my day to day look like?

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels if needed.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Handle customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and availability.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements:

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Proficiency in CRM software

Must have a laptop or desktop (Windows version 10 or higher)

Must have a headset

Must have reliable internet connection

Must have a quiet background

Must have a clean background (for most of our clients)

Pay range: $11.00-14.00 per hour. (rates varies based on clients opportunities). Sales representatives could earn commission!
