The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities, alongside a keen understanding of talent acquisition strategies and project execution.Key Responsibilities:Project Management Duties:Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful completion of key initiatives.Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and address any issues or roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.Monitor project risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates, and prepare reports for senior management.Recruitment Duties:Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions in a timely and efficient manner.Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide staffing solutions.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure they are set up for success within the company.
