Simulation & Analysis Engineer

Perform FEA analysis (Static/Modal, Non-linear, Vibration, Reliability/Durability & Fatigue calculations) on components, sub-systems and complete vehicles to ensure durability/reliability requirements are met.Conduct technical research, post-process and analyze simulation results, prepare engineering reports and provide technical recommendations to improve existing and new designs.Liaise with design engineers and testing teams to develop test plans and provide instrumentation roadmaps for durability and reliability testing.Perform validation studies to correlate simulation models to test data.Work with global technical strategy teams to develop simulation strategies and CAE methodologies.Work with project managers and engineering stakeholders to estimate CAE budget for new projects.Coordinate and delegate CAE tasks and manage team deliveries.Oversee and manage simulation tasks across engineering teams and, work packages & other tasks with external partners.
