Forklift Operator - 2nd & 3rd shifts

Responsibilities & OpportunitiesSika is looking for experienced Machine Operator to join it’s growing team in Gastonia, NC.  This position will assist the shift supervisor in coordinating the work of production employees involved in production activities.  Requires knowledge of manufacturing processes and product.  Operates manufacturing line.  Requires the ability to vary prescribed operating conditions as necessary to produce quality parts.  Changes and adjust operating conditions to maintain proper quality.Other Duties include:Review daily production schedules with team lead to be prepared for upcoming changes; develops a plan in coordination with team lead to support production.Continuously look for areas or processes to improveProvide lines with needed materials using stand up or sit-down forkliftsunload or load trucks as neededrequired to help lines pack parts as needed
