Description We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. In this role, you will oversee the smooth and efficient flow of goods within a warehouse setting, manage logistics operations, and ensure the prompt delivery and receipt of products. This role encompasses inventory management, order processing, and logistical planning to bolster the overall supply chain process.Responsibilities Oversee the receipt, inspection, and recording of incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality. Handle the processing of customer orders, ensuring items are picked and packed accurately and efficiently. Prepare necessary shipping documents, labels, and invoices for outgoing shipments. Collaborate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries. Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and conduct routine stock audits. Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse. Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and improve delivery times. Monitor the status of shipments and resolve any issues or delays promptly. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline logistics operations. Enter and update data in inventory management and logistics software systems. Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and logistics performance. Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any discrepancies. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations within the warehouse environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in logistics operations.
