You will assist in batch blending, ingredient additions, carbon loading/unloading, and carbonator operations, always knowing when to seek guidance for troubleshooting.A basic understanding of production systems, such as Winemanager and LIMs, is essential. You will execute bottling line CIP changeovers and demonstrate situational awareness regarding safety and quality. Effective communication with team members and leadership is key, as is maintaining a clean, organized, and food safety-compliant work area.Your responsibilities will include performing quality control checks, engaging in sustainability practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory considerations. We value attendance and timeliness, which are crucial for maintaining our operational standards.SHIFT: 12hr Nights, 6p - 6a, 2-2-3 ScheduleWhat You Will Need:
High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate, plus one 1 year of beverage production or manufacturing experience.
Required to be physically capable of executing any job tasks within the scope of responsibilities for Cellar operations.
Required to lift, roll, and carry up to 60 pounds.
May be required to work a rotating shift/schedule (e.g., day, swing, graveyard, 5x8, 4x10).
Required to work weekends and overtime, as necessary.
Required to wear a respirator, when necessary.
Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting, and executing simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Required to comply with company GMP policies.
Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers.
Basic knowledge and data entry into production/quality systems.
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Hiring Salary Range Posted: set rate listed as $20.18 - $20.18 / hour
Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
