Property Management Company accepting resumes for the position of "Maintenance Tech" for their Sumter, SC apartment community. Qualified individuals should have at least 2 years of experience in a handy man maintenance role. HVAC certifications a plus.
Maintenance Techs are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of the community for residents and the community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all resident maintenance issues are resolved expertly and efficiently.
Tasks are, but not limited to:
- Keep the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
- Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris and animal waste
- Respond to resident work orders
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents
- Ensure all make-ready repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner
- After-hour emergencies
- Be a team player!
Looking for someone career minded for a company that cares about its team members as well as the service we offer our residents.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a clean background and live within 30 minutes of property (for emergencies).
