The Data Associate will play a crucial role in providing data to assist the Dept Data Analysts to create actionable insights that drive our strategic decisions and planning. You will be responsible for creating reports daily and maintaining databases.

Essential Responsibilities:

Collect, process and clean data from various sources to prepare it for analysis.

Perform basic statistical analysis and interpret data to identify trends.

Assist in maintenance of databases and data systems.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly auditing and validating data sources and outputs.

Additional Responsibilities:

As assigned by Director or Senior Manager

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong Excel skills, with aptitude for learning

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands

Deadline-oriented

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics

2 years’ experience in data/problem-solving role or related field

Proficiency in data analytics tools and Excel
