What we are looking for:

Candidates that possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and typically 1-3 years of related experience

Basic computer knowledge of MS Office Suite and Outlook, basic skill in generation of data from electronic general ledger systems (SAP)

Ability to write routine reports and apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions

Must be able to operate scale, postage meter, and other office equipment and must know mailing procedures such as C.O.D., next day air, 2nd day air, etc. and regularly handle packages weighing up to 34 lbs.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for taking and filling orders for materials and for the reconciliation of material inventory, auditing, adjustments, and monitoring

Receives orders for materials by phone, Outlook and/or inter-office from other departments

Helps to ensure that inventory quantities balance with SAP system; Assist to identify inventory transactions when system is out of balance and notifies warehouse of discrepancies in material inventory

Packages orders and routes as soon as possible and responsible for shipment of special mailings, new promotional items, and shipment of packages for other departments as directed

Maintains accurate records of what is mailed and where it is mailed for a possible tracing action

Creates accurate bar-code tags and provides material tracing of goods issued to the order in real time

Assists with audits of manufacturing paperwork with SAP and notifies management and line personnel on discrepancies with issues to orders

Audits packaging storage locations for actual inventory

Keeps inventory of forms and P.O.P. Order when necessary or contact the department responsible for reordering

Assists in SAP training, understanding, upgrades and functionality

Other duties as assigned
