Job Title: Project EngineerThe ideal candidate will have an industrial or manufacturing engineering experience and a proven ability to drive large change initiatives. You will execute capital projects, work with vendors and internal stakeholders, and implement Lean initiatives. Projects will include automation, Lean principles, moving assembly cells or equipment, and implementing process improvements. You will create and/or optimize manufacturing automation, advanced manufacturing processes, process and equipment/automation improvement, innovation, and new product launches, ensuring DFA/DFM and assembly robustness in all phases. You will manage process flows from inception to phase out, including product launch and support, and resolve problems with existing products across cross-functional production teams. Leading discussions with internal customers or suppliers, benchmarking best practices across sites, and sharing lessons learned through the plant are essential. Strong communication and presentation skills are required to support and lead discussions as needed. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions for process efficiencies and OEE improvement.Required Skills
