Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator with hands-on experience in SAP to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our supply chain processes run smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service to clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution.

Provide proactive communication to clients regarding shipping schedules, delays, and order confirmations.

Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Order Management:

Enter, manage, and track customer orders using SAP to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, and logistics) to meet customer requirements.

Monitor and maintain accurate order records in the system, including changes, cancellations, and returns.

Logistics Coordination:

Organize and manage domestic and international shipment schedules to meet delivery timelines.

Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and documentation requirements.

Collaborate with carriers and 3PL providers to resolve shipping issues such as delays or damage claims.

SAP Utilization:

Optimize processes by leveraging SAP for order management, inventory updates, and shipping documentation.

Analyze data within SAP to provide insights into operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

Cross-functional Communication:

Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and accounting teams to facilitate seamless workflows.

Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure alignment on priorities.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service or logistics coordinator role.

Strong experience using SAP in a related operational or logistics capacity is highly preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with domestic and international shipping requirements is a plus.
