The ideal candidate will have the passion of a craftsman with strong attention to detail and take pride in their work while maintaining an attitude of service toward customers and crew members alike. They will be self-motivated while possessing the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively on home renovations of all kinds from start to finish.
As a skilled carpenter on the TIC crew, you will be required to have:
Exceptional skill with interior and exterior trim carpentry, finish work and rough framing.
A general understanding of building sciences and trade work.
Strong skills in assembly, installation, flooring installation, concrete forming and other aspects of renovating homes, inside and out.
The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Proven experience as a high caliber carpenter within the residential renovation industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a small crew, skilled to supervise, instruct and empower them.
