OVERVIEW

The Lead Carpenter is a key member of the team that will coordinate carpentry, painting and flooring installs for our various projects. This role requires quality workmanship, attention to detail and a positive attitude. The Lead Carpenter will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure every job is completed on time and professionally, and meets high quality standards.

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS SUMMARY

Salary Up to $75,000.00

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

Install Metal Framing

Install Drywall

Mud and Tape Drywall

Install Flooring both Carpet Squares and VCT

Paint walls and trim

Install wood wall moldings

Communicate the project’s progress to team members and management

Troubleshoot problems that may occur

Maintain professional relationships with government officials, worksite, and home office team members

REQUIREMENTS

5 years of construction experience

A valid driver's license

Willingness to travel

Able to pass a background check

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to stand, walk, and/or kneel for prolonged periods of time

Able to perform construction tasks
