Essential Skills: Swimming Pool Experience is a BIG plus. Work Well with others, and motivate others to be the best in their field. Lead crews in a timely fashion. Ability to use tools for masonry and Plumbing and apply those skills to install different types of construction applications. Ability to install masonry block, forming, tile installations, footings, and concrete. Ability to run equipment such as skid steers and track hoes. All work to be level, neat, and installed with pride.
Job Requirements to work efficiently and within designated timelines with precision and good work ethic. Ability to show up on time and complete daily tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to self-educate on different types of materials being used for different kinds of applications.
