ASE Master Certified Independent technicians are welcome to apply!

We seek highly skilled and motivated certified CJDR technicians to join our team at Classic CJDR in Lancasterl, South Carolina. Our service department is growing!. We have a well seasoned team of service advisors that are pushing to be the best performing store in our market. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on CJDR vehicles, ensuring that they are safe, reliable, and meet our dealership's high-quality standards. This full-time position offers a base salary plus commission, with a pay rate of $25 to $50 per hour with increases based on performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $25 to $50 per hour (paid semi-monthly)

Performance based Increase: 85 flat rate hours turned = $5.00 rate increase - 100 flat rate hours turned = additional $5.00 rate increase

Responsibilities:

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies

Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report

Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements:

Must have ASE Master Certification or CJDR equivalent training (Level 2 & 3)

Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance

Fast learner

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good customer service skills

Team player

Computer literate

Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Valid driver’s license
