No layoffs and overtime potential available!What we are offering: $25- $28/HR Yearly raises up to 5% Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $4,000.00 Per Year! On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Qualifications: 4+ years' experience in maintenance including 3+ years' experience in multifamily housing Extensive knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipesExtensive knowledge of electrical including switches, outlets and light fixturesExtensive appliance repair/ diagnostic experience Painting and drywall patching experienceBasic computer skills for ordering, emails and navigating work order software (Yardi)Previous direct leadership experience in a maintenance setting with 300+ unitsAbility to manage a maintenance budget and effectively manage tasksExtensive hands on HVAC experience and certification (EPA or HVAC Cert Required)Ability to provide excellent customer service to our residentsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to help with emergency on call phone coverage A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and a drug screening (we do not check for THC).Equal Opportunity Employer PI270981967 Apply
