As an In-Home Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in South Carolina and driving sales growth. Our successful Sales Managers earn an average of $150,000 - $250,000 annually, with ample opportunities for financial freedom and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Working for Gator Metal Roofing means your are an on hands working manager
Manage and oversee the local office operations
Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives
Collaborate with installation managers to ensure seamless customer experience
Conduct daily sales meetings and track performance metrics
Deliver compelling in-home presentations to customers, showcasing our products and services
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven success in in-home sales or sales management
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
We offer a competitive pay ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 annually, with mileage reimbursement and a W2 position. The schedule includes Monday to Friday shifts, evening hours, and occasional weekend work as needed.
