Fully Remote Mortgage/Financial Technical Writer (40 hours per week) Job Summary Objective of this role: • Develop user-friendly comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards Skills and Qualifications: • Knowledge of the mortgage origination process and / or loan operations • Intuitive and resourceful to research complex product information and create simple, polished, and engaging content • 2-4 years' industry experience as an effective technical writer • Previous experience writing documentation and materials for multiple audiences • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Must be proficient in:
• Using MS Word 2016, and able to apply Word Styles and templates to existing drafts • Using PowerPoint • Using Visio • Using SnagIt • Creating infographics / workflows • Creating scenario based participant guides • Using naming conventions when saving working copies and drafts Expectation:- Develop and create the following materials for Encompass persona roles:
- PowerPoint decks
- Facilitator guides and matching Participant guides
- Practice session guides
- Job Aids
- Process maps / workflows for current state to target state
