Retiring Real Estate Investor (not computer savvy) seeks a local (part time) real estate assistant to manage and market an 18 house rental package for sale and manage some of my other my real estate. Must be able to re work a spread sheet for the 18 houses located throughout SC, find ARVs and upgraded rents for each property then help market to find a qualified purchaser and maybe become a managing partner acquiring other properties on a fix and hold or flip basis in the future as a principal.
If interested I may need someone to assist my director in marketing a group of sober living houses, research to find contractors or purchasers of various items for sale incl collections of artifacts etc. do advertising and research on internet sources etc., help keep my computer updated and just help as needed from time to time.

Also need an on call- jack of all trades- maintenance man who can do almost anything including hvac, appliances, roof repairs etc mostly part time.
