United Management Services of Columbia, LLC is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician/Turnkey team member to join our multi-family management team in the Columbia area
HVAC experience a plus.
Must have own tools
Daily responsibilities include overall maintenance for a 68 Unit Affordable Active Senior Living community.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, cabinets, walls and building exteriors
Make ready units for new move ins
24 Hour On Call emergency maintenance
Complete preventative maintenance program
Grounds pick up
Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Must have necessary tools to complete outlined tasks above. Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
