Part-Time Property Manager for a Small Condo Complex Columbia, SC
We are seeking a part-time Property Manager to oversee the operations of a small condominium complex. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in property or community management.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and fostering a positive living environment.
Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with community rules and regulations. Address violations as needed.
Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor payments.
Maintenance & Operations: Schedule and oversee maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
Communication: Keep residents informed through newsletters, emails, and meetings.
Legal & Compliance: Ensure the property meets local, state, and HOA regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, HOA administration, or a related field preferred.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to manage budgets and financial records with QuickBooks.
Knowledge of local property laws and compliance requirements.
Hours & Compensation:
Part-time, flexible hours (estimated 20-30 hours per week).
