Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
Job Costing: All direct costs must be allocated to the appropriate ledger accounts and assigned to the appropriate jobs. Maintain records of the payments made.
Send monthly sales tax reports and quarterly payroll tax reports to the external accountant for filing. Maintain records of these reports.
Accounts Payable
Work with external accountant on year-end financial reports
Maintains records of financial transactions
No weekend work
Paid Time Off + Holiday Pay
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Sage 100 Contractor experience preferred
