Administrative Assistant needed for Small Business

Are you an organized, dependable, and loyal individual who pays attention to detail and has a strong work ethic? If so, this may be a great fit for you! We are a small business seeking a dedicated administrative assistant to help manage various financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep up with all bills and ensure timely payments
- Process and pay invoices
- Track and manage any credits received
- Balance the checkbook regularly
- Reconcile the checkbook
- Transfer funds between accounts as needed
- Maintain filing systems for documents
- Order office supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills

Pay based on experience.
Paid holidays after 30 days and we are closed for all MAJOR holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Good Friday, Thanksgiving, etc).
