Poultry Processors needed RIGHT AWAY. Night Shift needed NOW

Starting Pay: $14.35/hr.
Available Hours: 3rd Shift: 11:15 p.m. – 8:15 a.m.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION: A Poultry Processor learns the many different ways to disassemble a chicken and has the opportunity to be able to work in different positions throughout the plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
· Learn and perform different jobs in poultry processing such as debone or evisceration
· Follow Company policies and procedures, government agency guidelines (i.e. – NCC Animal Welfare, USDA, etc.) and Federal, State and local legal requirements
· Follow all company-established safety rules and regulations
· Always wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (i.e. – non-slip footwear, earplugs, hair and beard nets, hardhats, etc.) correctly at all times where PPE is required
· Perform additional duties as assigned
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· No educational requirements
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
· Previous poultry experience preferred but not required
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
· Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs
· Wear required protective equipment in all areas where required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to work in wet/cold or hot/humid/dusty environments
· Ability to stand for 8 or more hours
· Ability to be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production equipment
· If required, the ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs.
· Ability to work around raw live animal odors
· Ability to work flexible shifts (holidays, weekends, extended shifts) as needed
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must be willing to meet scheduled work hours
