Hello, we are Team Epic. We have been accepted to compete in the longest canoe race in the world starting in the Yukon Territory and paddling beyond the Arctic Circle This has been a dream of ours for almost 10 years.
We are in heavy training for the race. At the same time we are raising funds and awareness for a great cause. At least half of everything raised will be donated to Team River Runners, Columbia, SC Chapter. This group is extremely active with our local Veterans. Both of us on Team Epic can personally attest to the healing that the paddling community and water can bring both physically and mentally. Team River Runner not only gives veterans a community and outlet that they may have once lost but also goes the extra distance to get their family and loved ones involved.

What is involved in the work:
Bi-weekly posts on various social media channels
We can fund posts for additional reach
Any skills with A/V recording would be preferred
Assistance with any video-editing would be a bonus

Please understand that we don't expect for this job to involve more than a few hours per week. We are only expecting a 1-3 hour committment per week and no more than 5 hours bi-weekly. This could be a great experience to add to your resume as we shoot for our fundraising goal of $8,000. We have raised about $1000 in a short time and we have 12 weeks to go.
