Job Title: Personal Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant. This part-time role involves representing the property owner in discussions with Art Preservation Officers and legal professionals from the General Services Administration.

The successful candidate will coordinate and lead property tours, facilitate preservation discussions, and document key recommendations for future action.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary on-site liaison for GSA representatives and preservation specialists.

Conduct comprehensive property tours, emphasizing historic stone artwork and architectural features.

Assist in guiding conversations regarding preservation plans and requirements.

Record detailed notes from meetings and prepare summaries for the property owner.

Oversee the coordination and follow-up of post-meeting action items.

Qualifications:

Educational background in art preservation, historic preservation, architecture, or a related field.

Experience in preservation projects or property management is highly desirable.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage schedules, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure timely project updates.

Availability to be present on-site in Columbia, South Carolina.
