Position Overview:
As a Family Law Paralegal with our firm, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys and clients through various stages of family law proceedings. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
Conducting research and gathering relevant case information.
Managing case files, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Communicating effectively with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in cases.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred.
Prior experience in family law or related legal field is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
