We are seeking a Pool Operations Trainee for an immediate, permanent, full-time position! Year-Round work!

No experience is necessary. We will train the right person.
The successful applicant will receive paid, on-the-job training in Pool Operations, to include equipment repair and replacement, alongside an experienced Pool Operations Technician. Following your paid training, you will begin working jobs independently.
Depending on aptitude and attitude, we intend to send the successful applicant for additional training in Pool Operations Management, with a fast track to a supervisory position. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to earn good money with a growing company while learning a profitable trade with a great future!
STARTING PAY:
Up to $21 (entry level, no experience)
Up to $25 per hour (some experience in the trades, inc. masonry, tile, carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
Up to $35 per hour (experienced pool professionals and/or licensed plumbers)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Must be in generally good physical condition.
3. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds, unassisted, without difficulty.
4. Must be willing and able to work outdoors in varied environments.
5. Must be able to interact with customers in a friendly, positive manner.
6. Must have a positive attitude and be eager to learn.
DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1. Ability to learn quickly.
2. Leadership skills and experience.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Experience in Customer Service.
5. Creativity and Problem Solving Skills.
6. Strong Analytical Skills.
7. Attention to Detail.
8. Experience in the Trades (especially masonry, tile work, and plumbing).
9. Valid Driver's License.
10. Reliable Transportation.
11. Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, unassisted.
