Bourbon restaurant is seeking a full time line cook. We are a 100% scratch Cajun Creole restaurant located at 1214 Main St in the heart of downtown Columbia, SC. All hourly employees, including cooks, are part of our tip share. So you will always make more than your base salary. We also structure our team to work 4 10 hour shifts a week. This allows our employees the ability to both work full time as well as have 3 full days off a week. A luxury not afforded at most other kitchens.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years experience in a similar kitchen setting.
