We are the only Paintball Compound In Columbia and we have been in business for nearly 40 years now! We are looking for natural leaders who can work well on a small team , you must have reliable transportation and a clean background record. We are only open to the public on weekends and there are opportunities for our employees to host private parties during week days and weekends as well, The job here is easy and smooth running if you cooperate as a team and stay professional at all times, it’s paintball our customers are coming out solely to have a fun time, if you are on our team you will make sure our customers are having a SAFE and FUN time.
You will be expected to
Get to work on time (9am to 5:30pm on Saturdays , and 12pm to 5:30pm on Sundays )
Work as a team player
You will referee paint ball matches and be vigilant to make sure everyone is playing safely during matches ( no one has ever been seriously hurt here and we will keep it that way)
You will have to work around machinery such as air compressors and power generators and will be expected to inspect and be proactive with our machinery
You will have to count and exchange payments for admissions and any products sold
You will keep records of sold material and admissions paid on paper and report to your manager at the end of every shift
You will be expected to help with grounds , taking out trash, mowing , preventative maintenance,and grounds keeping , etc.
You will clean masks and paintball guns through out the entire shift periodically and you will be expected to make note of any broken gear
You will work with many people so customer service is a must!

This is a really fun job , you will have a great experience working here and you will always have what you need to work properly , our team has been the same for a long time but we want you to come on board! We will train you for whatever you might need help with , prior maintenance or labor work experience is preferred. Anyone could do this job with a good work ethic and some good rhythm, You will meet awesome people and you will have a blast working with us !
