This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in building a strong financial foundation for one of the fastest-growing companies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, aspires to bring structure to the unstructured, and enjoys collaborating with others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.This individual will report to the Vice President, Finance.What You Will Do:

Drive key initiatives for the finance organization that will help achieve the future vision of the org

Drive engagement for the organization by developing programs to help improve well-being, collaboration, and learning & development

Develop and organize content for finance wide town halls and offsites

Partner in building an international finance center of excellence to drive scale and efficiency

Identify pain points and areas of process improvement for the organization, and develop action plans to address

Develop the long term vision on the role emerging tools and technology, including AI, will play in a finance organization

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Business or other related field; MBA preferred

10+ years of Corporate Finance or Business Operations experience in a high growth, public company

Strong leadership skills; willing to build relationships, earn respect, and gain influence across organizations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening skills

Understands SaaS and Consumption business models

Strong PowerPoint skills; must also be proficient using G-Suite

A highly motivated team player able to thrive amidst the change and ambiguity inherent in fast-growing organizations

This position has an annual estimated salary of $153,300 - $176,300, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
