job detailsA large provider of health insurance, in the Columbia, TN area, is seeking to find Sales Representatives. In this position, as part of a call center team, you will assist prospects and applicants by educating, explaining, and selling health plans that best suits their needs. The Sales Representative helps the prospect select a product and maintains a relationship throughout the application process. Apply today and upload your updated, professional resume!salary: $19 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesThe Sales Representative sells health products to new prospects and to existing members by providing theminformation to help select the most appropriate health plan for their needs. The Sales Representative handlesinbound calls and makes outbound calls to follow up with prospects and existing members.Sales Representative should:

Meet/set daily, weekly, and monthly sales and quality goals.

Pass the State Health License Exam.

Maintain State Health License along with Continuing Education requirements.

Articulate details of all plans and guidelines offered by FBHP and partnering state plans.

Articulate and communicate well over the phone.

Have a team mentality by demonstrating punctuality, teamwork, and respectfulness to co-workers and Leadership.

Assist applicants in enrolling in a health plan that is best suited to their needs and implementing the guidelines that go along with this process.

Proficient in required Sales department computer programs.

Adhere to CMS guidelines.

Work overtime including weekends, as required by management.

Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.

Knowledge of health insurance industry.
