Job DescriptionOracle seeks to hire an Internet Sales Representative to handle the software business inside the Manufacturing and Transportation vertical. The candidate will sell Oracle’s Technology Solutions including Database, Middleware, Integration, Security, Analytics etc. This is a inside sales position, selling on premise softwarePrimary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services within defined mirrored field territories aligned to specific the Manufacturing and Transportation vertical. Responsible to identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities. Handle accounts including the entire sales process from business development, prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages Oracle sales resources to improve revenue growth and increase market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue in a territory coverage model.Responsibilities

Develop and implement an effective territory plan focus sales revenue and customer satisfaction;

Contribute to and deliver results based on assigned monthly and quarterly targets;

Find opportunities in an assigned territory via prospecting for new on premise software

Actively manage the progression of sales opportunities by leading the effort with internal resources or teaming with business partners; and

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data using Oracle Sales Cloud.

Experience building consistent new revenue pipeline

Develop and complete new client acquisition;

Articulate the value of Oracle’s Technology Solutions;

Determine customer requirement and use cases;

Exhibit written and verbal communication skills;

Comfort in interacting with customer executives in information technology and lines of business;

Organize and quickly multi-task and proven ability to sell data and platform technologies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1+ years of Inside Sales or Business Development experience

Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience or Bachelor of Arts degree.

Consistent successful results in previous levels of sales.Career Level - IC2ResponsibilitiesAs an Internet Sales Representative you will sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives. Generates sales leads as well as closing the sales on line or by phone. Apply inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales. Develops account penetration strategies, and closes business. Responsible for understanding Oracle's product offerings and driven issues. Identifies new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance. Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of handling the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling Oracle products and services. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
