This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company".The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Manufacturing Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Lead Guided Manufacturing Solutions for the site. Develop, Implement, Train, and Support Guided Manufacturing System.

Identify and execute projects based on data mining / data analysis in order to drive benefits in manufacturing performance.

Manage and lead site technical software release testing, validation, and training.

Leading and contributing to key transformational programs: (Factory of the Future, Business Transformation, Data Analytics, Connected/Digital Factory)

Lead the design and implementation of software systems that integrate with the upper-level manufacturing and business data systems and the lower-level control systems used to manufacture 3M products.

Identify and lead process improvement projects for integrated systems, manufacturing, and reporting.

Creating and developing functionality elements from key stakeholder requirements. Receive feature requests and enhancements from site.

Carrying out Quality Assurance and bug fixes as the need arises and w illingness to be on-call

Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical field from an accredited institution

OR

High school diploma/GED completed prior to start and Five (5) years in Manufacturing supporting software systems

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical field from an accredited institution

Five (5) years of Industry experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Passion for SMART Manufacturing, Data Automation, Industry 4.0 to create value

Project leadership experience

Team player with the ability to contribute in a matrix environment

Savigent Workflow Software

Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Sharepoint Lists, MS Dataverse

SQL reporting tools skills, grafana programming skills, analytical knowledge in tools such as SEEQ and Process Studio and experience with automation and/or robotics
