Location Manager Columbia, SC · Administrative Apply Now JOB TITLE: Location ManagerJOB TYPE: Full TimeJOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Supervise daily operation of a busy, fast-paced commercial tire operation.· Supervise store personnel. Assure the training, development, and performance of staff to retain a motivated, safe, and professional workforce.· Recruit and recommend qualified employees for staff positions.· Manage payroll, budget, personnel costs, and overtime expenses. Ensure timely processing of all paperwork.· Understand and implement all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to, OSHA standards, hazardous waste procedures, and security of building to maintain a safe environment for customers, vendors, and teammates.· Take inventory counts according to guidelines and maintaining proper stock levels through appropriate product ordering.· Establish and manage delivery schedules and night call rotations.· Collaborate with sales staff, marketing, corporate, etc. to expand business.· Provide prompt and courteous customer service.· Computer knowledge and ability to work with a POS system.· Excellent written and verbal communication.· Attention to detail.OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES· Other duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE· High School diploma or GED.REQUIREMENTS· Must have previous experience in the commercial tire industry and knowledge to manage a large retail or commercial location.
