Longer term you will grow, with the help of extensive training and experience of the team around you, a successful new product line in our SaaS business.The work we do is often non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in areas of Banking Domain. We are looking for highly motivated contributors with a passion for learning, driven and independent leader of product management with a keen sense of making a market for new and differentiated solutions. Strong team building, collaboration, analytical and problem solving skills coupled with deep domain expertise in data management is essential, specific experience with Financial Services Data foundation is most desirable, as the candidates will be involved in solving complex data challenges in SaaS deployments.As a director of product management, you will be responsible for identifying and triaging complex business solutions / issues in data management. You will be responsible for architecting and designing deep Analysis tools to intelligently mine data and establish design principles for data pipelines with streaming, real time analytics and create packaged virtualization techniques using AI/ML for governance to identify and resolve anomalies and easily establish lineage and traceability.Manage a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.Create a high performing team that is flexible, curiosity filled, self-motivated, proactive, and have an intense desire to achieve excellence.Experience of 15 to 20 years with 10 years in primary skill areasExperience in product development and design or implementation of Analytical Solutions will be a definite advantage.ResponsibilitiesAs a Director in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on business priorities.

Create business requirement documents and articulate the business problem and solution envisaged.

Prepare high level Technical Design for each requirement and plan effective product releases

Strategize and Build a rich product and solution roadmap for data driven solutions supporting accounting, data governance and regulatory compliance requirements.

Document and Present Product Strategy and roadmaps to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrate excellent problem solving, analytical and customer management skills.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
