Actalent is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager in Columbia, MDJob Description:Adult Emegency Department

Reponsible for assiting management of a 36 beds, 4 fast track beds, and 5 behavioral health beds, working in a community hospital ED.

Demonstrates clinical and management skills.

Participates in program development and coordinates clinical aspects of care for patients.

Coordinates interdisciplinary functions to assure appropriate clinical interventions and quality improvement activities for the service for ER.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited program of professional nursing.

BSN required.

Must possess a current Maryland RN license, or licensure in a compact state that allows practice in Maryland.

Must maintain current CPR certification.

At least five (5) years’ experience in direct patient care with current and previous experience in applicable clinical specialty.
