TITLE: .NET Developer

DUTIES: Plan, review, design, code and implement internet and e-commerce applications using Microsoft development products and open standards products for both traditional browsers and mobile devices. Set up and maintain data structures and database environment. Perform Peer Code reviews. Maintain/support legacy applications. Review project’s functional specifications. Provide level of efforts and work estimates to contribute to project plan creation. Develop and design RESTful services and APIs. Troubleshoot issues and solve problems as required. Debug and upgrade applications. Develop multi-functioning applications.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or related; and 2 years experience as an Application Developer or related software developer occupation; which must include some experience with Microsoft development products (ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, Windows Communication Foundation [WCF], MVC 5, Entity Framework); Open standards products (JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, JS framework, Knockout JS); RESTful services and APIs; setup and maintenance of data structures and database environment; maintaining production environment applications; troubleshooting and problem solving issues; debugging and upgrading applications; and developing multi-functioning applications.
