Customer Contact Representative (Remote)

Pasadena, California-based RentReporters.com is continuing to grow its remote customer contact team. In this role, CCRs are responsible for providing knowledge and support to customers/potential customers related to the services and their existing accounts, as well as contacting landlords and leasing companies to confirm rental payments by customers. CCRs spend their time working with customers via phone, chat, and email, as well as ensuring that the customer contact software application is updated.

This position is 100% remote and offers full-time, Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM. Schedules are based on your specific time zone.

Required skills and experience:

Must be able to work effectively from home or a remote location and have a phone, computer, monitor, and high-speed internet.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be comfortable with in and outbound phone calls, using chat, and email.

Must be proficient with basic computer skills and applications including Gmail, Google Drive (Docs).

Must have superior customer service skills.

Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Must have excellent attention to detail.

Must have a positive, Can-do attitude.

The following experience is a plus:

Experience working in a remote customer-facing position OR customer service.

Experience with a CRM (i.e., SalesForce).
