My name is Mr. Roger, and I am looking for my final five business associates to build an insurance power base in South Carolina. You will read the things we will offer you, which sound almost like everyone else. But I dare you to take the time to listen to me, to help you understand what you would be getting into when we talk. This is not for everyone, and I know it. You and I will be on the ground floor of our creation. We will develop the rules and the culture, and no one in the group will be left behind, that’s my promise.

This position here at Independent Consultants, the Group, in cooperation with Symmetry Financial Group, powered by Quilty, offers a flexible, remote work opportunity for self-motivated individuals looking to balance their professional and personal lives. This commission-based role allows agents to set their schedules while providing life insurance solutions to clients through video calls, eliminating the need for travel and associated costs.

Responsibilities

Use a lead system that provides qualified leads—no cold calling or asking friends and family for business.

Meet with families over video calls or phone, helping them choose life insurance products that best suit their needs.

Set your schedule, with part-time agents typically meeting 3-5 families per week, and full-time agents meeting 8-15.

Follow up with insurance carriers to ensure policies are issued and clients are protected.

Requirements

Self-driven and disciplined individuals who are genuine and interested in helping others.

Completion of a life and health insurance licensing course, which can be provided at a discounted rate.

Nice-to-haves

Prior experience in sales (not required but preferred).
