We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in all bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and tax documentation.
Monitor and manage cash flow and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with the team to address financial queries and provide support during audits.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
