Production Team Lead - 3rd shift

We are seeking a Production Team Lead to work at our Charlotte, NC facility. The Production Team Lead reports to the Production Supervisor and exercises direct control over a Production department and coordinates with other Production Supervisors. As part of your role, you will be responsible for:Directing, coordinating and planning the activities of a specific production department under master production schedule and the hourly work force (including machine operators, i.e., milling, mixing, canning equipment, etc.) involved in the manufacture of productServing as lead person for a group of hourly employees utilizing established methods, normally to a maximum of 15 employeesCommunicating procedures to all subordinates, assuring they are understood and implemented when applicableInterpreting statistical reports, cycle time specifications and job orders to workers, and assigns dutiesAdditional assigned duties as directed by Production Supervisor or Production Manager.This is a 3rd shift position.  Hours are 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, Sunday - Thursday
