This role is ideal for individuals with strong writing and interpersonal skills who enjoy coordinating in-person initiatives and maintaining clear, consistent messaging for clients and team members.Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the creation of print materials, scripts, and talking points for in-person promotions and eventsMaintain consistent brand messaging across all offline promotional activitiesCoordinate communication between internal teams and clients regarding campaign logistics and updatesAssist with the preparation of client reports summarizing campaign and event resultsSupport planning and logistics for press days, community activations, and live eventsAttend events to ensure accurate messaging is delivered during customer interactionsTrack customer and attendee feedback to inform communication strategies
