We are hiring immediately for a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee the operation of our Concrete Boom Pumps and Dirt Hauling services in the Moncks Corner area. This role requires a reliable and skilled individual to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of concrete boom pumps and dirt hauling services.
Manage and oversee field crew to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot issues.
Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
Communicate with management and customers as needed.
Qualifications:
CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is required.
Clean driving record.
Previous experience with concrete boom pumps and dirt hauling preferred but not necessary as long as you have your cdl.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Experience with equipment maintenance is a plus.
