-Property Assistant Downtown Charleston (Independent Contractor)
-8-10 hrs week
-Sunday thru Thursday
-Late afternoon/ early evenings
-1-3 hr shifts
-Holidays may push the schedule forward a day
-Best for someone who lives or works near downtown.
-$25-$65 per day (15 min - 2.25 hrs shifts)
-Description-
-Service multiple downtown properties by rolling in/out trash/recycling bins, keeping the properties tidy, reporting maintenance issues, and communicating with the city and property managers.

-Requirements-
-Must have a smartphone with data and the ability to text/call.
-Effective communication skills; written and verbal
-Ability to track city schedule changes and adjust your route.
-Well Groomed and Polite
-Must be able to lift 30lbs
-Must be comfortable working in the elements (rain, cold, heat)
-Attention to detail and keeping the enclosure looking nice
-If you have a truck and are willing to help take items to consignment/goodwill/dump, you have the potential to earn extra money
-Extra money if you want to help grow the service
-Comfortable with basic technology - You must use online software to track hours and tasks.
-Ideally, the candidate would live very near or in downtown Charleston since the properties are located downtown
